Booking agreement
To book a plot, a booking agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays the seller a booking fee in an amount:
The booking agreement is valid for 1 (one) month.
Purchase and Sale agreement
For the purchase of a residential plot and the transfer of ownership, a notarised preliminary sale agreement is first concluded with the buyer, under which the buyer pays 20% of the purchase price. This amount includes the booking fee previously paid under the booking agreement.
Once the infrastructure has been built by the developer, a notarised property contract is signed between the parties, under which the ownership of the property is registered in the name of the buyer in the land register. Upon conclusion of the title deed, the buyer pays the remaining 80% of the sale price.
After the agreement is concluded, the plot is handed over to the buyer.
