Sales and additional information
We provide detailed information about all services and terms so that you can make an informed choice.
Included in the sales price:
- Built out connection points for water supply, sewerage, and rainwater drainage systems.
- Built out base for network connections
- Electrical panel on the plot with a capacity of 3x6A.
- Street lighting in the residential area
- Paved roads and pedestrian pathways.
- Residential area landscaping.
- Common areas (park, playground).
- Infrastructure fee for municipal government.
- Assistance in finding partners for house construction, who offer materials turnkey solutions.
Not included in the sales price:
- Connection fees of utility networks.
- Notary fees and state fees accompanying the transaction (paid by the buyer).
- Possible notary fees and state fees associated with setting up a mortgage.
Booking agreement
To book a plot, a booking agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays the seller a booking fee in an amount:
- Single house plot 1000€
- Paired house plot 2000€
The booking agreement is valid for 1 (one) month.
Purchase and Sale agreement
For the purchase and transfer of a plot, the notarial purchase and sale agreement is signed with the buyer and the buyer pays the seller 100% of the sales price. After signing the agreement, the plot is transferred to the buyer.
